We are excited to welcome you to the 2025 – 2026 school year. This year begins our fifth year here at Oakdale School as the administration team. We are very pleased with the progress our students have been making on district benchmark assessments and the CAASPP (State Test).

We are happy to report that our students made continued progress on the CAASPP assessment at the end of last school year, with ELA scores increasing by 3.29% and Math scores increasing by 0.39%. We have high expectations that our students will continue to show growth in their academic achievement.

To support a more active and engaged classroom environment that benefits student achievement, we have introduced a new cell phone, earbuds, and headphone policy. All devices must be turned off and placed in backpacks upon arrival and may only be turned on after dismissal.

Our staff is committed to supporting your child's academic and social-emotional success. We believe that all students can learn and thrive when they feel safe, confident, and enjoy being at school. This takes place when strong partnerships are formed between families, teachers, staff, and the administration.

We encourage you to be an active partner in your child's education by attending parent-teacher conferences, participating in family-school events, and volunteering when possible. Together, we can ensure your child has the best possible experience at Oakdale School.
