After enrollment, the Office Manager will reach out via email to ensure placement.
To Enroll a student, the following documents will be REQUIRED:
Address Verification: Acceptable documents are utility bills or payment receipts; rental or lease agreements; property tax receipts; pay stubs; voter registration; correspondence from a government agency; or declaration of residency executed by the parent/guardian.
Birth Certificate: Acceptable documents are a birth certificate, baptismal certificate, passport, immigration certificate, Bible record, or when none of these documents are available, an affidavit from the parent/guardian.
Immunization Record (up to date): All immunizations should meet the state of California requirements for school entry.
Court Order/Restraining Order Documents (If Applicable)
Special Education Documents such as 504/IEP (If Applicable)

OVERFLOW PLACEMENT
An overflow student is one in grades TK-8 for whom there is no room in the student's residence school at the time of registration.
Action is taken when class sizes exceeds limits that are effected by class size funding or contractual obligations.
